Who We Are At Customa:
Customa is a purpose-built team focused on helping ostomates feel more comfortable, confident, and in control. No one should live with constant worry about leaks or discomfort from one-size-fits-all cutouts. By pairing innovative technology with a compassionate, patient-first approach, we create practical solutions that fit you—not the other way around.
Why We Exist
Adjusting to life with a stoma is a big undertaking. Standard products often rely on generic circular cut-outs that don’t match real bodies, and leaks tend to start in the hardest-to-see areas. Hand-cutting is time-consuming and still not truly custom, which can lead to skin irritation, wasted supplies, and a lot of second-guessing.
What We Do
With a simple smartphone scan, we generate custom-fit cutting templates and stoma replicas so you can prepare baseplates with precision, trial your setup with full visibility, and pre-shape paste or rings with confidence. Our tools don’t replace your medical devices—they help you get the most from the products you already use. Your privacy matters: scans are non-identifiable, we keep only what’s needed to fulfil your order, and payments are processed securely through providers like Stripe.
