1. Order Processing Time
We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day unless otherwise communicated.
2. Pickup from the Warehouse
Pickups are available Monday – Fridays 8am – 5pm.
We are closed on public holidays.

3. National Australia Shipping
For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the ‘Check Out’ area and are final.
In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.
4. Tracking Deliveries
A tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number.
4. Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package and have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
